Each year part of each member’s yearly oblation is paid into the Foundation and numerous other events are held during the year to aid its finances. All the money, collected by the Foundation, is used in its charitable work and no charges for administration are made. It is staffed solely by volunteers drawn from the Order.

To relieve poverty, sickness and distress of young people, in particular but not exclusively orphans of war worldwide;
The preservation of buildings or sites of historic or architectural importance damaged by war worldwide; and
To relieve poverty or widows, widowers or orphans of members of the Order of the Fleur de Lys.
The Foundation is particularly interested in funding the following activities:
The Advancement of Health or Saving of Lives
The Prevention or Relief of Poverty
Helping Children/young People through making grants to individuals and to organisations

No. Charities must enrol to receive donations and have a valid bank account to which they receive donations, but there is no charge to participate and no fees are deducted from the donation amount.
