New HDU Unit in Malawi completed
We are pleased to announce that the new Children’s High Dependency Unit (HDU) is now open and receiving patients.
As can be seen in the photographs on the Foundation’s webpage this is an up-to-date and extremely well equipped unit and will make an enormous difference to the ability of Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Malawi to treat seriously sick children.
The Fleur de Lys Foundation together with other sponsors supported both the building and equipping of the HDU.
